FTL at present has set up exclusive Driving Training Academies at Mumbai and Delhi,
for the ladies aspiring to be economically independent and looking forward to dignified
job options.
The trainees are given theoretical and practical training coupled with training
in soft skills, first-aid and martial arts. The training content is designed such
that the women chauffeurs are equipped with necessary skills to offer soft and hospitable
environment for women passengers on one hand and are capable of defending themselves
and the women passengers in the hour of need.

Though FTL focuses primarily on driving training to produce lady chauffeurs for
OAIS operated exclusive ladies’ taxi service on regular basis, it also offers other
job opportunities with its associate companies and other business partners for the
women trainees graduating out of FTL training academies.
